Myron Von Raesfeld

First licensed in 1984, Myron Von Raesfeld has over sixteen years of high performance activity in the real estate industry. From 1987 to 1991 he worked as an agent for Contempo Realty and between 1989 and 1991 achieved top 3% status. From 1991 through 1996, he managed Prudential California Realty in Cupertino and Saratoga and, as senior vice president, continued to perform in the top 3% agent category. In 1994 Myron merged the Campbell and Saratoga offices and opened the Los Gatos office, resulting in the management of over 70 agents and the establishment and management of key relationships with mortgage brokers and other service providers. In 1996, he left Prudential to form his own company, Myron Von Raesfeld Realty. In 1998, Myron and Rick Smith jointly conceptualized, founded, and developed ClickHome.

Rick Smith

Rick Smith has over twenty six years experience in the real estate industry and an additional eight years in marketing and advertising. From 1977 to 1980 he was a partner in Zander and Smith, a marketing, advertising and sales company. He went on in 1980 to establish R.C. Smith Co., a sales and marketing company in California, Nevada, Washington, and Texas and managed it through 1985. In 1986 Rick joined ARC Realtors; in 1988 he moved to Grubb and Ellis, where he also served as Chairman of their Senior Marketing Consultants Board. At Grubb & Ellis, Rick won numerous sales awards including Listing Agent of the Year at his Saratoga Office. In 1993 Rick joined Myron at Prudential California Realty, serving as the Sales Manager at the Saratoga office. From 1993 through 1996, his sales performance put him in the top 3% of all Prudential agents nationwide, in the top 1% Nationally in 1997. Other sales awards Rick garnered while at Pridential were Listing Agent of the Year in 1996. Rick and Myron co-established ClickHome in 1998.
