Who is ClickHome?

ClickHome is a Full Service Real Estate Company that comes to market as an Employee benefit to thousands of Employees throughout Northern California. Employees (or their immediate family members) who work at a company that offers the ClickHome Program will save thousands of dollars whenever they buy or sell using ClickHome. 

How does this work if I am buying?

Buyers only need to contact ClickHome to get started. Either by phone, email, or just go to the ClickHome web site (likely a link on their company’s intranet) and sign in. Buyers will work with a Full Service ClickHome Realtor who will be with them every step of the way, showing homes, obtaining schools information, handling all of the disclosures, writing and negotiating the offer; in short, everything a Real Estate Professional should do for their client. 

How much will I save by buying through ClickHome?

Real Estate Agents are paid on commission. ClickHome works for you for a reduced fee, which means you will receive a substantial rebate when you buy with ClickHome. Typically, the rebates amount to 1% of the purchase price. The rebate can vary, depending on the area, commission fee offered to ClickHome and market conditions.  

What if I am selling my home?

ClickHome offers sellers a substantial reduction in the brokerage fees, a savings of 1% to 1.5% of the purchase price, depending on the local market. ClickHome offers this reduced commission. 

Who are the ClickHome Realtors?

ClickHome Realtors are licensed full time professional Real Estate Agents who work for ClickHome only. Their average experience is above industry standards and ClickHome Realtors are trained by the largest Real Estate Training and Coaching Company in North America, Buffini & Company.  In addition, ClickHome surveys every client at the close of escrow. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey play an important role in determining the income of every ClickHome Realtor. ClickHome is the only Real Estate Company we know of that factors customer satisfaction into how the Realtors are paid.
